Change is natural and constant

Change is a natural and constant part of nature. The quotes scrolling to the right show how perspective plays an important role in how we think when it comes to change. Humans are so very adaptable that we create habits quickly. These habits become part of our daily lives before we know it.

How to trap a monkey

Perhaps you have heard about the story of how to catch a monkey. You first place something of value (food or treats) into an anchored gourd, coconut, or cage that has a hole just large enough for the monkey's hand. The monkey can reach in and grab the treat, but can't remove its hand and the treat at the same time. Having become so focused on keeping the treat, the monkey will unconsciously refuse to let go and create its own trap. What's your personal or corporate treat and trap?
